Have you ever had one of those weeks? I have!
My place was flooded twice in one week. The second time I was seething, which isn't something I normally do.
After catching my breath, I did a little tapping, got some amazing food from a local restaurant as carry out, poured a nice glass of wine, and watched some old Doctor Who.
Everything felt much better. When I walked into the property management office on Monday morning I was calm and had a great conversation with the manager. She listened to my concerns and we came up with a great solution.
Part of that great solution is I am now moving...as in right now. My life is in boxes (or at least it is getting into boxes). Moving is challenging, spontaneous moving even more so.
For that reason I have a quick note this week with two resources you should check out.
1) Tapping For Anything
The EFT montra is try it on anything and I have been asked how to tap for all sorts of things (even how to grow a second set of adult teeth). Here is 4 simple steps to tap for something you don't know how to start.
2) Still Doesn't Have A Name
Here is a great little technique that I use from time to time to end a tapping session. It is also a great way to end the day. Now if I could only come up with a name for it.Hear more. . .
Let me know what I can do for you!
