Hello!
I hope this finds you well. As you are reading this I am in Indianapolis spending the weekend with 24,000 high school students (and their chaperones) from all over the US.
Yes, I am doing a little extra tapping to make sure I stay healthy.
I have two resources for you this week.
First, I have a bonus podcast on forgiveness. Forgiveness is one of the hardest things to do. In this short audio I talk about why it is so hard and how we can heal our way through it.
During the recording of the tapping part I used the name "John" to represent someone I needed to forgive. I had no clue how much I was carrying around this issue. Since the recording I have noticed a major difference in my day.

Second, two weeks ago I spent the day with 600 middle school students talking about bullying. We spent time looking at the emotions that affect our choices (and the choices of bullies). I noted that we don't make emotional choices, but emotions affect our choices.
I think it is import to recognize that we don't make emotional choices. Don't believe me? Check our my explanation. (AND please let me know in the comments what parts you agree and disagree with).
As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful.
