Hello!

I hope this finds you well. It is December and some how the year feels like it is going even faster and faster.

As this note is being sent I am spending the day leading an Advent retreat. It was something I was asked to do at the last minute because the original speaker had to drop out. It has been an amazing blessing to spend the week reflecting on stillness, listening, making way, service, and humility.

Next week I will have a few resources to help you find some peace in the Holiday season.

1) What Is Good Enough
We are moving into looking back on the past year and planning for the next year mode. It is very easy to get caught up in having to do everything perfectly. This week I look at the difference between good enough and being prefect. This is an import concept in healing and transformation that change my life. I hope you find it helpful

It is very en vogue to talk about how we create our own life. I recently had a heart breaking conversation with a client we could stop beating herself up for the horrible life she had created for herself. I think there is a very important distinction between being responsible for our lives and what we actually create. I would love to hear your thoughts on responsible v. create
