Hello!
It is interesting the way things happen in patterns. Over the course of a week you will hear the same song, see the same people randomly, or hear the same question. All of a sudden it is happening over and over again.
In the last few weeks two patterns have emerged in my inbox and in my client conversations.
First, people are talking about how overwhelmed they are. I even had one client say, "This isn't stress. I know what stress is. This is full-on overwhelm."
Second, I have been asked no less than 10 times, "How do I know how long to tap?" or "How do I know the tapping I have done is sufficient?"
This week there are two new resources that will answer both of these questions.
In my interview with Carol Look where we deal with how to tap for overwhelm [link] and also the perfect little tool to use at the end of a tapping session to see if you have tapped enough [link].
As always, please let me know what I can do to be helpful.

PS: Are you going to be at this: ? I am! Let me know if you are coming.
