Hello!
I have been hearing from lots of people new to tapping and who are struggling a little. (OK, struggling a lot.) They know the tapping points, they sort of know what to say, but they are not sure what to do next...
Sometimes we won't try the things that we know will help us because we are worried that we will do it wrong. We think we will do it later...and later never comes.
I have created a list of 9 resources that will help you move beyond this worry AND beyond the basic tapping points. Even if you are an experienced tapper I would really encourage you to check out "EFT Beyond The Basic Tapping Points" for tools that will help you to become a more effective and confident tapper, and take off your EFT training wheels!

Tapping For Shyness
Tania Prince is one of my favorite people to interview for the podcast. I always learn something profound from her. This week's interview is no different.
Inside of the first minute of our conversation she completely changed the way I understood the word shy. There is a huge difference between acting shy, being shy, and being an introvert. During our conversation we talk about all three, which of these are issues we need to tap for, and how to tap.
It is a great interview! See what Tania can teach you about shyness: Podcast #89: EFT For Shyness (Which Isn't About Shyness)

PS: Much of last week TappingQandA.com had some "throttling issues" which caused slow page loading and trouble in downloading podcasts. Happily the issues are now resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience. If you had difficulties check out last week's newsletter here: for the great tools you missed.
