Hello!

Most people go through a similar pattern when learning EFT:

  1. Disbelief
  2. Confusion and Curiosity
  3. Excitement
  4. Feeling Overwhelmed At The Number Of Issues To Tap On
It's exciting that EFT can be used for so many things, but once we start to look at all the areas of our life for which we can tap it can feel overwhelming.

This week I have two tools to help you deal with that feeling of having TOO MUCH to tap for.

First, here are 6 Ways To Simplify Your Daily Tapping.

Second, a short audio that will help you to clarify what you would like to achieve with tapping so it won't feel like soooooo much: Clarifying Your Tapping Goals

Once again, I want to thank everyone who took the time to participate in last month's contest for a free one-on-one session with me. This month you have another chance to win a one-on-one session and it will take only 30 seconds of your time to enter. Win A One-On-One Session w/ Gene

Please let me know what I can do to be helpful,

Bonus Podcast: The Past, The Future, and Now - One of my clients recently asked me, "What is the endgame to this tapping thing?" What he meant by the question is besides the constant improvement of our lives (which is no small thing), where does tapping lead us? What is the final goal? Here is my reflection on this question.
