Hello!
[A short note before we begin: I know you get lots of SPAM because we all get lots of spam. I love my spam filter, but sometimes it works a little too hard. For some reason last week's newsletter was caught in many spam filters so if you didn't receive it you can see the great resources here: newsletter from 6/21
AND there was a special deal in the newsletter which I am extending for one week because so many people missed it. Check out the special deal.]
A few weeks ago I asked you about your favorite type of tapping tool: "scripts v. audios". I heard from a lot of people who said they had a hard time with tapping scripts because it was difficult to concentrate on the script and tune into their issue. I have created a short video that will show you how to turn any tapping script into an audio you can tap along to.
Anyone can do it. All you need to do is follow these few steps: How to transform any EFT script into a tapping audio.
In addition to the video I have also added a great interview with Gwenn Bonnell to the site. She talks about shoulder issues, should issues (as in "you should do that!"), how they connect, and how we can tap for them.
Gwenn is one of my favorite podcast guests ever, I always learn so much from our conversations. Please take the time to listen. Even if you don't have shoulder issues chances are you are carrying around something that you think you should do that isn't helpful. Shoulds and Shoulders
As always, let me know what I can do for you.

PS: Are you having trouble with coming up with tapping phrases? Did you know I have a tapping phrase generator that will create phrases for you? Just answer a few questions, hit the button, and poof you have a tapping script. Check out the EFT Script Generator.
