Hello!
I have two things for you today.
First, I was catching up with a friend recently and telling him about what was going on the website and how much new content I was creating.
His response was, "WOW! You must read a lot!"
He is right. The main fuel for creating material is consuming a lot of reading matter. I try to read and listen to everything I can get my hands on but sometimes I can't get to everything so I need to be very selective.
I always find time for my 9 favourite resources listed here because they are so good:

Second, one the biggest challenges I face in my day is my critical voice. That nagging little voice in the back of my head that is always pointing out what is going wrong or what will go wrong.
This week's interview with Judy Byrne is about the critical voice. I was listening to it again on Tuesday as I was editing the podcast and realized that it is jam-packed with tools. There are at least 10 different simple tools discussed about how you can start to transform your critical voice into something that is helpful.
The great thing about the tapping tools we discuss in this interview is that most of them only take a few moments and you can start using any of them right now.
Take the time to listen to the interview. It will make a huge difference immediately.

Please let me know what I can do for you.

PS: Because of server issues last week you may have missed my interview with Tania Prince about tapping for shyness. Even if you don't think of yourself as a shy person please check this out. There is information in the interview which will shift your understanding of how and why people are shy and what we can do support them.
