Good Afternoon,
A few months ago I shared with you the story of how I tried the Personal Peace Procedure and how it failed.
OK, it didn't fail; I failed.
After I had fill a notebook with a list of all the bad memories and uncomfortable moments from my life I couldn't bring myself to open it (much less tap on the issues).
I got to the point that I moved the notebook out of sight because I didn't even want to see it because the thought of digging up all those memories was just too much.
It doesn't have to be this way.
This week I have a short tool to help you when you are facing something you know you want to tap on, but you keep avoiding because it feels like it is going to be too big to go after.
You can find the approach with tapping script here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8361
I would love to hear your stories of issues that you know you want to clear, but just can't bring yourself to do it.
As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful,

How To Use EFT When A Problem Feels Too Big Or Too Painful To Tackle - I was recently asked "I want to use EFT to work on a major issue in my life, but somehow I always find an excuse not to do it. I know it will help me. I do want to get over this, but it just doesn't happen. What can I do?" Here are a few things you can do to ease your way into tapping for something that feels too big or too painful. |
