TappingQandA

Good Morning!

When we get in our own way it is usually because something that is trying to serve us is working too hard.

Perfectionism is a perfect example of this.

It makes sense that we want to do a good job, we want to be successful, and we want to try hard and give our best. All of these are good qualities and attributes and worth striving for.

The dark side of these desires is we can end up in a place where nothing is ever good enough and everything has to be perfect. When this happens we stop acting because since the outcome won't be perfect it is not worth doing as we see imperfection as FAILURE!

This week I have a very simple approach to use if your perfectionism is sabotaging your progress.

Check it out here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8428

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful.

Sensitive Temperaments w/ Rue Hass - Have people often told you, "Oh, you are just too sensitive...You take things so hard...Why can't you just let it go...What's wrong with you...You are such a cry baby"? If the answer is yes, then you probably have a sensitive temperament. BUT that is not a bad thing. In this podcast I talk with Rue Hass about what a sensitive temperament is, how it can be a blessing, and how you can use EFT to manage the challenges of having a sensitive temperament.
