Good Morning!

In the last few weeks I have been writing about perfectionism and I have received lots of feedback from readers. Most of it has come in the form of appreciation for giving voice to what is a common experience for many people.

I did receive one very interesting piece of feedback on the article I posted on Monday.

This week's article is about the idea of comparing "good enough" with "perfect". Often we don't feel we can live with good enough, we must have everything the best and/or perfect.

The comment I received was from someone who thought my article was a cop out. They felt that the only reason I was writing the article was to give myself permission to be lazy. They thought I was using the idea of good enough as just another excuse to not get stuff done.

I would love to hear your view. Is knowing good enough is good enough a healthy approach or just a cop out? Add your thoughts in the comment section.

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful.

Knowing Good Enough Is Good Enough OR The Myth Of Excellence - I find the concept of "just perfect" very interesting. What exactly does it mean? Often we believe that "just perfect" means that it has to be top of the line or in the top one percent. It needs to be better than everyone else. But is that really the case?

Tapping Insiders Club - Ask The Expert - Each month the Tapping Insiders Club does an "Ask The Expert" interview where they pose questions from their members to a tapping practitioner. I was asked to field these questions. In this interview Jessica Ortner asks me questions from total tapping beginners to questions from practitioners.
