Good morning!

Right after learning EFT most people are absolutely amazed at its power and how easy it is to use. When this happens they want to share it with everyone they meet, but this can be easier said than done.

One of the most rewarding places I am able to share EFT is with children in schools. Teaching kids EFT can be especially satisfying because kids often take to it much more readily than adults and I love sharing this wonderful tool.

This week I have 5 things you need to keep in mind when teaching EFT to anyone (especially kids). These will make your teaching more effective and more rewarding in knowing that you have made a difference.

Check out the 5 tips here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8372

Please let me know what tips, tricks, and things you keep in mind when you are teaching EFT to others.

As always, please let me know what I can do to be helpful.

PS: I was recently talking to a friend who has been tapping for years. She was experiencing cramping and I asked her if she tapped for it. She said, "Tapping works on physical things too?"

Yes, tapping is effective for physical as well as emotional issues. Here is a great conversation with Carol Look about the different ways we can use EFT to approach physical issues. http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8374

5 Things You Must Know Before Doing EFT With Children and Teens - Tapping with children can be a very rewarding experience. In many cases kids take to tapping much faster than adults because they are more willing to try new things and aren't hung up on why something is working. They just want to feel better. Here are five things to keep in mind when teaching kids to tap. (Note: All five lessons below are hard won. I know them to be true because I have done the opposite of all five at some point.)

EFT For Physical Issues w/ Carol Look - Tapping is great for physical pain and physical issues. When most people are introduced to tapping they learn to deal with pain by tapping on "this pain in my knee...this pain in my knee...this pain in my knee". In this interview with Carol Look we examine more advanced ways to look at the emotions associated with the physical pain and how in many cases when we deal with the emotional issues we find our way to physical relief.
