When I am teaching people EFT I always start with something easy. Either I have them tap on some stiffness in their body, or a recent situation where they overreacted. In most cases we can knock out the issue with a few rounds of tapping.

The reason I do this is so that they can feel the power of EFT working quickly which will encourage them to keep using it.

But when it comes to using the full power of EFT, where we will be going after issues that are much bigger than a little stiffness in our neck, it usually takes more than few tapping sessions to make real progress.

The problem with this is that we can quickly get discouraged with what feels like a lack of progression.

This week I have a very simple way to help to change that feeling of not getting anywhere to being able to recognize your progress and create momentum to tap more.

I don't know what it is. It might be the change of the seasons. It might be everyone's lives becoming more hectic as the year draws to a close and we move into the holiday season.

Whatever the reason I am hearing from lots of clients that they are having hard time falling asleep, sleeping through the night, and/or they are waking up groggy. Here is a great tap along audio that will help you get a good night's sleep: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8387

The audio is so effective that I received an email from someone who used it telling me it was too good to be giving it away and that I should be charging for it! Check it out and let me know how it works for you.

As always, let me know what I can do for you.

Understanding The Healing Process With EFT - Keeping the Long View - It is easy to miss the progress we are making because we only notice the emotions we are feeling right now. When we take the time to recognize our progress it will help us to appreciate our hard work and keep us motivated to continue to tap.

EFT For A Better Night's Sleep - It seems like every client I have been working with for the last week and a half has asked me about using tapping to help them to sleep better. Daily stress is a very common cause for disrupting sleep because the system is caught up in trying to solve the problems of the previous day and consumed with the worries of tomorrow. In this simple tap along audio we spend time on physical and mental fatigue, as well as emotional exhaustion, and work on preparing the system for a great night of rest and relaxation.
