Good morning! I have two thoughts for you this week.

First, I had a number of conversations with clients this week about regaining something they once had, like a positive attitude, a feeling of health, or a physical state.

This is a different process than trying something new. Because we have been there before not only are we frustrated about that fact we don't have what we want, but we also feel guilty that we have regressed and that we have failed because we can't keep what is good for us.

This week I have a simple process to help you get back to the good things you once had. It's a way we can "try on" what it felt like in the past to see what we need to do today to get closer to that better place.

This will only take a few moments so give a try. Do it now: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8461

Second, there are moments in my training where I am able to see how one thought, or one idea changed the way I see the world. I would like to share one of those with you today.

Here is an interview with Dan Cleary about pain, but it is about much more than pain. It is about the healing process, what we can expect during it, and what successful healing looks like.

I can't overstate how much this changed my whole view of healing.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the interview: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8454

Please let me know what I can do to be helpful.

PS: Did you know that as of this week there are now 500 tools that you can access right now at TappingQandA.com? If you haven't taken a tour in a while I would encourage you to do so. http://tappingqanda.com/sitetour/

Is there a way that I can use EFT to make my way back to feeling good?
