TappingQandA

Good morning!

Just a quick note before we get into this week's resources. You will notice that TappingQandA.com doesn't look like it normally does. Because of some technical problems there is a temporary design as I fix some backend issues. All of the same great content is there and all the links should work as normal.

Please let me know if you come across any pages that arenâ€(TM)t working correctly.

Now, on to the goodies...

First, one of the biggest obstacles to me making good choices is ME! There are times when it feels like there is a war raging inside me as I am pulled in 15 different directions, while recognizing those partsof me that are pulling me away from what I want in the long term.

Tapping is a great tool for dealing with this internal tug-of-war and allows us to take these conflicting parts and have them start working with us, not against.

Here is how I have turned my issues into some of my strongest allies: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8521

Second, during the holiday season there will be stress, craziness, and family drama. It will be tempting to want to share tapping with your loved ones as they deal with the emotional overwhelm of the season.

Here is a way that you can teach people to tap without having to take the time to teach them how to tap: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=163

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful. If you have a question just hit reply to this note and I will receive it.

Turn Your Issues Into Allies - Every issue we have exists because it is functional on some level, for example our fears exist because they are trying to protect us. The problem is that these issues tend to create problems in our daily lives, due to misinformation or protection from something beneficial, for example an irrational fear of water. This internal tug-of-war can slow down our progress but if we approach these beliefs with gratitude, recognizing that they are there for a reason and working with them instead of fighting them, we can transform the healing process and move towards health and wellbeing.

Helping Someone With EFT Right Now! - I recently had a chance to do EFT with someone who was having a really bad day. I didn't have a lot of time to explain what we were doing and I didn't know how to start. Because I wasn't sure how to explain what we were going to do, I didn't do anything. Do you have any suggestions on how to share EFT when you don't have time to explain what you are doing?
