Good Morning!
Today I have two powerful new resources for you.
First, I have a tool that really hit home for me. During this interview my whole body was uncomfortable, I felt like I was chewing on tinfoil. Once it was over I immediately used the tool we had just discussed.
The interview is about resentment. Resentment is an insidious emotion because it sits right below the surface, slowly bubbling away. It impacts us in lots of ways, but is not obvious, so we don't tap for it often.
Here is a great 3 step tool to uncover and tap for resentment: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8832
Second, I recently had a conversation with a client. She had lost a very dear friendship and was sad. I told her it was a good thing that she was sad. Not that being sad is good, but in this situation sadness was appropriate.
With tapping it is easy to become focused on wanting to get rid of all negative or painful emotions. But there are times where that shouldn't be the goal.
Here is a guide to when you shouldn't tap an emotion away: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8834
Please let me know how I can be helpful! You can always contact me by just hitting reply to this note.

PS: This week I have added the tapping script I use to keep healthy in cold and flu season. I have also included a pdf version that you can easily print out.http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8823

Did You Know You Aren't Trying To Get Rid Of Emotions With EFT? - I am asked frequently "How can I get the emotion all the way to a zero?" There are are lots of tools we can use to knock out the last little bit of emotional charge, but there are times when we don't want to get rid of the full emotion. In this article I explore why we don't always want to get rid of emotions.
EFT For Resentment w/ Gwenn Bonnell - In this interview we talk about how to tap for resentment. And this is not just about feeling resentment towards other people. We can also resent our computer for not working, a company for not being helpful, and ourselves for making the same bad choice again and again. The interesting thing about resentment is that it is an emotion that bubbles below the surface so it isn't always obvious to us, like anger or sadness. Because of this we can forget to tap for it because it doesn't feel like it is impacting our immediate present. In this interview Gwenn shares a great 3 step tool to get to the core of resentment, and how to tap for it once you are there.
