Good Morning!
I love tapping, but at times it doesn't work out as planned. When this happens we may become reluctant to continue tapping, and therefore impede our healing process.
Today, I have two resources to respond to this situation.
First, there have been times when I have tapped for something highly emotional from my past. When I had finished tapping not only did it feel like the emotion had disappeared, but it also felt like the memory of the event had been wiped out.
The question is, "Does tapping erase the memory?" Here is my response: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8872
Second, there are times when we tap for something that is really big AND we heal that really big thing AND we feel great! The problem is that once we return to our daily life it doesn't seem to be any different.
We continue to see ourselves in the same way, and we continue to make the same self sabotaging choices. Isn't healing these deep issues supposed to make our daily lives better?
Yes, it is, but sometimes there needs to be one more step to see change after the healing.
Here is what you can do to claim the positive change that comes as a result of healing big issues: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8868
Both of this week's resources came directly from readers' comments and questions. Let me know if you have a question about tapping.
As always, you can reach me by replying to this note.

PS: Do you live in or around London, UK? I am going to be visiting London in March and I would love to meet you. It is going to be an informal gathering somewhere central late morning Saturday March 16th. Nothing is planned. It is just a chance to meet other tappers. I did this in NYC in the past and we had a great time. Please let me know if you'd like to join us.
