Good Morning!
First, tapping is great when it is working. But there have been times when I felt that tapping on myself resulted in no progress at all. This is fine from time-to-time, but if it happened a lot, I might give up on tapping.
One of the main reasons that we don't get anything out of a tapping session is that we are tapping for the wrong issue, or we are focusing on the wrong things. This week I have 3 mistakes you need to avoid when you sit down to tap to receive maximum benefit.
Read about them here: href=http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8777
Second, one of the most common uses of tapping is for weight loss and emotional eating. This week I have a conversation with Brittany Watkins about a very simple technique to deal with emotional eating.
I am amazed at the simplicity and effectiveness of this approach. (Also, there is a special announcement that has snuck into the podcast.)

Third, you are awesome! I don't know if anyone has told you that in a while. It's true. If you question that, you should check out the bonus tap-along below.
As always, please let me know how I can be helpful by hitting reply to this note.

PS: Last week in MyEFTYear.com I shared a powerful tap-along audio about feeling worthy of existing. It was such a powerful audio I didn't want you to miss out on it. You can hear it here, free: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8769

EFT For Emotional Eating w/ Brittany Watkins - Managing our eating can be hard because it is something that we must keep doing. If we have a problem with drinking alcohol or doing drugs we can stop. We must keep eating. In this episode I talk with the creator of "Skinny Genes" Brittany Watkins about the pitfalls of emotional eating. She also shares a great tapping tool which you can use right now to help with the amount of eating you are doing.
3 Things You Need To Keep In Mind Before You Start An EFT Session - Often, in advance of working with someone one-on-one, we will have short conversation to see if we will be a good fit to work together. Recently, during one of these consultations, I was asked a thoughtful question, "I have never worked with a practitioner before, is there anything I should know or keep in mind as we start to do this work?" Here are my thoughts.
