Good Morning!
Something amazing happened in the last week. I picked up 500 copies of Comprehensive Anger Management at the post office. I wrote CAM based on my experience teaching EFT in the county jail and these books will be given to incarcerated men and women.
I am very proud of the book and it contains some of the best tools I know when it comes to tapping. It is not just about anger, and it is not just for inmates.
The book is now available to the general public. All proceeds from the sales will buy even more books for more inmates. Every book purchased will mean 4 books for inmates. You can buy your copy here: https://www.createspace.com/4186443
This week I have two new resources for you.
First, over the weekend I had an experience where something from my past was causing me emotional pain in the moment. Instead of tapping right away, I waited until I got home to tap so I could show you exactly what I was doing.
Here is a short video of me tapping for an issue in real time so you can see how I approached it: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8928
Second, over the last few weeks I have shared with you insights from some of my favorite tappers on the mistakes beginners and pros make, as well as some of the best approaches to tapping.
A number of you asked for my answers to the same questions. Here they are: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8919
As always, please let me know what I can do for you.
Blessings,

PS: There is a great EFT gathering happening just out side of NYC May 18th and 19th. There is still room. You should come (and not just because I am one of the presenters). Details here!

How To Tap For A Memory That Is Still Affecting You Today
Until recently, every time someone made a particular hand gesture I would experience a jab of negative emotion. Once I figured out the root of the pain, a painful moment when someone else had used this same motion, I was able to tap for it. Here is a short video of me tapping for this issue for the very first time where you can see the process unfolding step by step.
What Mistakes Do Beginner And Pro Tappers Make & The Most Effective Ways To Tap
Over the last few weeks I have shared with you thoughts from some of my favorite tappers. I asked them what mistakes beginners and pros make, as well as what they have found to be the most effective ways to tap. In this week's podcast I take on all three questions. |
