TappingQandA

Good Morning!

As you read this I am in London, UK. If you are here I would love to meet you. Details of a meet up can be found in the PS below.

This week's article came directly from a conversation I had with a client on Saturday. "Joe" asked a really hard question. He wanted to know if he was really moving forward or just being busy.

One of the most common ways we sabotage ourselves is by filling our days with tasks, but not doing the important work that will move us forward. We do this not only with goals in our working lives, but also with our healing work.

I know there have been times where I have tapped every day for a week, but made little progress because I wasn't tapping on the right thing for the very reason that that thing felt too scary to approach.

Today I have a simple 3 step process for you that will help you to be successful in moving forward, rather than just filling your time with tasks and being busy: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8921

I also have an interview with Jenn Goddard which is perfect for beginning and aspiring practitioners. It can be a little scary to tap with someone else the first few times. We worry that we won't do it correctly, that we won't be helpful, or that they will think we are foolish for even thinking we could helpful.

In this interview we talk about how to approach and work with these fears: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8909

Finally, if you haven't checked out MyEFTYear.com yet I would encourage you to do so. Lots of people are making amazing progress in working towards their goals by tapping for as little as 4 minutes a day.

NEW & FEATURED ARTICLES

Using EFT For Goals That Are Hard To Measure I was recently working with a client, who we will call "Joe". Joe asked, "I am starting to wonder if I am on the right path. I have a set of goals, but I can't really tell if I working towards them. I know I am working hard, but I don't know if I am moving forward. How can I tell if I am doing the right work and making progress, or just spinning my wheels and avoiding the real work because I am afraid of it?" Here are my thoughts.

Using EFT To Deal With Fears Around Being A Practitioner w/ Jenn Goddard Working with clients can be a little scary at first. Instead of just doing work on your own or with friends and family members, you now have people investing their money and their trust in your skills. Even with great training, supervision and mentoring, a new practitioner can still feel nervous. In this interview I talk to Jenn Goddard about the 3 most common fears of new practitioners and how we can use EFT to address them.
