TappingQandA

Good Morning!

First, I want to send a huge thanks and lots of hugs to everyone who came to the London meetup last Saturday. Thanks for braving the cold and rain! My favorite part was seeing everyone exchanging emails and phone numbers to stay connected to support each other. I will be back soon.

I was having a conversation recently with a good friend about the work she was doing on her own healing journey. She said that she is realizing more and more that really it is all about self acceptance.

In lots of ways when we take care of how we see and love ourselves, everything else falls into place.

This week I have an interview with one of my favorites, Rue Hass, about this issue. The interview itself is about how we can feel invisible and how we make ourselves invisible to ourselves.

By looking at this issue we can see the places where we are struggling to be our authentic selves. Please do yourself a favor and listen to this audio.

This week I also have the third part in the series in which I asked a bunch of my favorite tappers what they have seen that works and what doesn't. They shared the mistakes made by beginners, and pros, and this week they share what they have seen to be most effective when it comes to tapping.

PS: This week @ MyEFTYear.com we had one of the most powerful tap-alongs in a while and I want to share it with you too. I am removing the password protection on this tap-along for the next 5 days. Check it out here: http://www.ruachcenter.com/?p=654

EFT For Feeling Invisible And Being Invisible w/ Rue Hass - In my client sessions and even in my personal tapping I have noticed an interesting internal conflict. On the one hand we want to be seen, noticed, and validated. On the other, there is a part of us wanting to go through the world unseen and unnoticed, because if we are seen then we can be judged. In this interview I talk with Rue Hass about this dichotomy. We look at what it means to be invisible, how we end up being invisible, and how it is possible to be invisible to our own selves. We also talk about how we can use EFT to become our more authentic selves which makes being invisible less of an issue.

What Have You Found To Be The Most Successful Approaches To EFT? - I asked a bunch of my favorite tappers, "What have you found to be the most successful approaches to EFT?" Here are their answers.
