Good morning!
I have two really personal things to share with you this week.
First, on Monday I sent out a message about a new coaching program I have put together which is taking the type of service I am providing my clients to the next level. The response has been great. Some of my favorite replies have been from people for whom the program is wrong, but still learned something from the description of what is on offer.
I only offer something like this every 8 to 10 months and I would really encourage you to check it out.
You can find the full details here: Offer For Only 7 People
Second, I have a new interview with Rick Wilkes, although to call it an interview doesn't do it justice. It was really a discussion about connections, putting ourselves out there, and how scary it can be to feel that we will be judged by others. We also talk about how we can create relationships of all types that serve us and help us to grow.
It is an awesome conversation and you should listen to it right now: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9001
As always, please let me know what I can do for you by replying to this note.

PS: On Saturday I uploaded a short tap along video on how to deal with the emotions that arise in the wake of a traumatic event like the Boston bombing. The video is still up and is very useful for any type of sudden trauma that makes the world feel unsafe or out of control. You can check it out here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=8990

EFT For Fear of Rejection In The Age Of Invitation w/ Rick Wilkes - We live in interesting times. Every morning when I wake up I am bombarded with friend requests, invitations to attend events, fund projects, and try new programs. At the exact same time it is possible for me to go through an entire day and not have one single profound connection with another person. In this conversation with Rick Wilkes we talk about how scary it can be to put yourself out in the world with the intention of making genuine connections when it feels like we will be judged.
Tap Along Audio and Video: EFT For Emotions In The Wake Of Tragedy - If you live in the United States more than likely you have been glued to the TV for the last week watching the tragedy unfold in Boston, MA. Something this unexpected can leave us feeling very vulnerable because we recognize that there are so many things in the world beyond our control. Here is a quick tap along in both audio and video format in response to everything we have felt and seen over the last week. |
