Good Morning!
I don't know about you, but when I get up in the morning I normally have a good idea about what I need to achieve my day.
I might not like what I have to do and I might not know how it will turn out, but I know what to do.
But even when I know what to do, I don't always have the self-discipline to take the actions required to achieve it.
This week I found some interesting research on how you can do something while lying down that will improve your self-discipline AND I show you how to tap to make that happen.
