Good Morning!
It has been an interesting week in my inbox and I've been touched by all the messages I have received.
When I write and record content for the website I am guided by what I think will be the most helpful.
Sometimes an article or audio that I think will be really helpful receives little response. Then there are other times when I write something that feels like it is useful but small and all of a sudden I hear from people all over the world!
Last week's newsletter was one of those cases where I was surprised by what resonated with so many readers.
I received more emails about last week's note about being a doormat than I have in a long time.
The subject of giving up acting like a doormat really struck a nerve with a lot of you. Some people highlighted every part of their lives where they weren't standing up for themselves. Others identified just one key relationship in which they consistently acted like a doormat.
I have heard you! So here we go...
This week I have an article and an audio that you can tap along to.
I cover how to figure out why you acting like a doormat AND simple actions you can take to put a stop to it.
Check out the resources here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9225
Also, please let me know about your personal struggle in this area so I can update and expand the existing resources.
As always let me know how I can be helpful.

PS: Are you looking for more ways to change the way you stand in your personal power? Are you ready to stop acting like a doormat and start making "pro you" choices every day? Join us over at the Ruach Center for straightforward, practical tools to help you create the life you deserve.
