I love tapping and all the of the possibilities that it brings to our lives both daily and in the long-term.
It is simple, quick, and easy.
The problem is sometimes it doesn't work as fast as we would like. I know that more than once in my own life I have just wanted to be over an issue. To quote one of my clients, "I know healing is process and sometimes the process just sucks!"
Today I have two helpful tools for making the process of healing and transformation easier.
First, there are a number of things we can do and need to keep in mind to make sure we aren't just making ourselves feel better in the moment, but are ensuring lasting change.
Here is what you can do the next time you tap to help ease the process: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9256
Second, I think it is a common misconception that many tappers think that tapping will help them to get rid of their emotion. The aim is not to get rid of your emotion. Emotions are good and helpful!
Here is what you need to keep in mind when tapping for emotions and what the actual goal of tapping is: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9255
If you keep both of these things in mind you will achieve much better results with your tapping.
As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful.
