Good Morning!
I don't know if you know this about me, but the first major issue I tackled with tapping in my own life was my social anxiety.
At its worst, I couldn't answer my own phone, ask for help in a store, or ask a bus driver to stop when I wanted to get out.
It was crippling. (You can read the full story here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=3182)
After six weeks of tapping for the issue it was basically gone. At the time I was so new to tapping that I didn't really know what I was doing, but by sheer force of will I was able to work my way through it with tapping.
I wish I had known Sebastiaan van der Schrier back then. Sebastiaan specializes in healing social anxiety with tapping and has created a simple 8-step process to do just that.
One of things I love about the process is that lots of the steps work for so many issues other than social anxiety.
You can hear Sebastiaan explain the whole process here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9321
Blessings,

PS: On November 4th Roger Callahan died at the age of 88. If you don't recognize that name, Roger created Thought Field Therapy, which is grandfather of the modern tapping protocols. I would encourage you to read a little more about his life so that you can appreciate where tapping came from: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9319 |
