TappingQandA

Good Morning!

Truth be told, tapping is weird.

It looks weird, it feels weird, and sometimes (even for me) it is hard to believe that it achieves all that it does.

One of the most common questions asked by people new to tapping (and a common accusation from detractors) is, "Aren't the results you are achieving just down to the placebo effect?"

You might be surprised by my answer. I believe understanding and answering this question will make you a better tapper and better at all types of personal growth work.

Here is my response to that question: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9326

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful,

Gene
