Good morning!
I love the fact that I get to work with clients one-on-one. It is such a humbling experience.
My clients show up and trust me with their struggles. Sometimes they are sharing the place of their deepest pain.
A few weeks ago I had a client session just like that. My client "Betty" started the call talking about all the things that she had planned to bring up on the call: trouble with her business, getting clients to say yes to sales, and dealing with her cash flow issues.
Then she said, "I really need to work on those things in a big way, but there is something much deeper we need to deal with that is impacting every part of my life. I can't seem to forgive myself for all the bad choices I have made. Bad choices that hurt me and hurt others. No matter what I try I can't seem to let that go."
And that was the beginning of a very powerful session.
After we hung up the phone I just sat in the dark for a few minutes, stunned at her willingness to be that honest and her willingness to do the work.
A few days later the session was still resonating with me. I sent Betty a note and asked her if I could share parts of the session with you.
Moments later I received an emphatic "YES!"
Over the next three weeks I am going to share parts of that session so you can tap along and share in this session's power.
This week we tap for being able to forgive ourselves for bad choices that hurt us and hurt others.
It is a short audio. Please, please, please take a few moments to tap along: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9348
As always, let me know how I can be helpful.

PS: On Monday I shared with you the first tool I teach after I have taught the basic tapping recipe. This the most important and powerful tool I know! Take a few minutes to learn how to add it to your tapping: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9346 |

Tapping For Forgiving Self - The hardest work for me personally is tapping for self-forgiveness. I find it is much easier to extend the benefit of the doubt to others than I do towards myself. This is audio of me tapping with an actual client around offering self-forgiveness.
After Basic EFT What I Teach Second - The very simple "Talk About, Talk To, Talk As If" is the most powerful tool I know after the basics of tapping. It is flexible and can be applied in so many settings. You can learn it quickly and start using it right away. |
