Good Morning!

I'm not sure if you noticed, but last week I spent time redesigning the web site. The goals was to make it easier to read, quicker to load, easier to maintain, and also to optimize the site for mobile devices.

I spent a lot of time testing it out, but I am sure I missed something. Please let me know if you find broken links or pages that aren't loading correctly. Also, I'd love to know what you think of the design.

This week I have two new resources for you...

First, one of the biggest mistakes people make when tapping is that they tap until they experience relief. I know that sounds odd. You might be thinking "But that is exactly why I tap. For relief!"

In some cases this is the perfect way to tap, but it's not always the case. Sometimes that is a just short term solution that prevents you from getting what you really want.

Here are my thoughts on when you need to explore beyond achieving relief with your tapping: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9562

Second, in December I was the guest on the "Ask The Expert" call for the Tapping Insiders Club. I really love doing question and answer sessions, there is so much to be learned about the big picture by looking through the lens of a specific question.

You can hear the full instructional call here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9366

As always, please let me know how I can be helpful by just hitting reply this message.

Tapping To Feel Better (And Why That Isn't Always A Good Thing) - Sometimes we tap we feel better, but it isn't the outcome we really desire. Sometimes we tap for relief and sometimes we tap to take action. Here is how you can figure out how to tap to achieve the outcome you want.

Ask The Expert w/ Gene Monterastelli - In December I was the guest on the Tapping Solution's monthly 'Ask The Expert' call. We answered questions about anger, fear of finding work, how to tap for the fear that comes up when physical symptoms persist, how to tap for feeling overwhelmed, and what to do when we keep sabotaging our own success.
