TappingQandA

Good morning!

Two weeks ago I shared the idea that there are two types of outcome that come from tapping. One is tapping to feel better and the other is tapping to make taking action easier.

I received a number of emails after sending out the article. Most people understood how to tap to feel better, but were confused by how to tap to make taking action easier.

I decided the easiest way to show you how this works was to share with you how I tap each morning.

I started tapping in this way about two years ago. Now that I am in the groove it takes me less than 5 minutes most mornings.

The process is simple and straightforward. Once you understand how it works it will be easy for you to use daily as well.

Check out what I do: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9575

As always, let me know what I can do for you,

Gene
