Good Morning!
I'm sure you have spent time thinking about the things you want to change in the new year.
Maybe you created a formal list of New Year's resolutions or perhaps you simply found some quiet time to reflect on the past year.
One of the biggest hurdles to moving forward is feeling trapped by our past.
It is all fine and good to name the changes we would like to see in our lives, but we all have histories of poor choices, bad habits, New Year's resolutions that only a last a week or two, and feeling stuck in circumstances no matter what we try or commit to.
This week I'm sharing the third of three tap-along audios taken directly from one of my client sessions. In this week's tap-along we tap for not being trapped by our past choices or our current circumstances.
If you are serious about making new choices in the new year this is a great tap-along to add to your daily work.

[Note: Don't forget to tap along to the first two parts http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9349 and http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9348]
As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful.

PS: On Monday, I shared with you the best of 2013 from TappingQ&A. Make sure you check it out: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9358 |
