Good morning!
If you are a regular reader you may have noticed that over the last year I've repeatedly focused on how to tap to take action.
It is great that we can tap and feel better, but for me that is not enough. Our lives will not truly get better until we take action and tapping is a powerful tool to help us to do so.
When people unsubscribe from this newsletter they have the chance to level me a comment. On Wednesday one of these comments really got me thinking.
After I read this reader's comment I realized the reason she wasn't moving forward: She wasn't in enough pain!
You read that right, I think she needs more pain in her life.
This week I have for your consideration the need for pain and how it can move you forward.
Because I believe this is such an important concept I am explaining it two ways, in an article and in a podcast. That way you can choose what works best for you.
