Good Morning!
I don't know about you, but for the last week and a half I have been watching a lot of the Olympics coverage.
I even got up a few mornings at 5am to watch my favorite winter Olympic sport of curling live. (Yes, I am a little weird.)
I find it awe inspiring to watch world-class athletes do anything. It is an amazing combination of hard work and natural talent and the difference between winning a medal or not is often a mere fraction of a second!
One of the story lines that plays out again and again in a competition like this is the unexpected result. A competitor seems to come from nowhere to win a medal, or the athlete who has won every competition leading up to the Olympics somehow gives their worst performance of the year on the biggest stage.
We have those big moments in our life too.
It might not be before an audience of millions, but there are times where we feel the pressure of the moment. Sometimes we rise to the occasion and other times stress gets the better of us.
This week I have an interview with Gina Parris who works specifically on peak performance. In the interview we talk about what happens when we feel the stress of the moment and a very simple process in which we can use tapping to perform at our best in all that we do.
Check out this great interview: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9628
As always, let me know what I can do for you,

PS: Don't forget the 1/3 off discount to my live event ends tonight at midnight. Full details here: http://111marketinglessons.com/ |
