TappingQandA

Good Morning,

I first wanted to apologize for the email issues you may have experienced this week. There was an issue with the email service I use to send these messages. If you were having trouble with any of the links in the 10-part guide or in an old newsletter, they are now working.

Also, thanks to all the folks who sent me notes letting me know there was a problem.

This week I have something really scary to share with you. (Scary for me, not scary for you.)

Last Sunday night I was walking into a restaurant. As I did this I passed a group of people leaving who had just finished their dinner. Two of the members of the group were obese. It was hard for them to walk and they looked very unhealthy.

As I saw them I felt myself recoil and the sensation of disgust was palpable. It was as if I was trying to get away from them, thinking that if I touched them I would catch what they had.

And in the next moment I was consumed with shame. I was embarrassed by my harsh, unkind judgment and mortified by my own weakness.

I know all too well that these emotions have nothing to do with the people I saw.

These emotions have everything to do with me, how I see myself, and how I see the world!

I knew I needed to tap for this so that is what I did.

AND I recorded it.

This recording is raw and embarrassing.

No punches pulled. I didn't record it thinking it would be a good teaching tool.

This is how I really tap for things in my own life.

Do me a favor... Please listen and tap along to it.

After you listen to the audio please let me know if you find this type of audio helpful. I am going to keep tapping in this way and am willing to share recordings like this from time-to-time if you find it useful.

Gene

PS: Still room left for my live event March 22nd and 23rd. I would love to see you there. http://111marketinglessons.com/
