Good Morning,
[Note: In case you missed it, last week I shared a tapping session where I was tapping on one of my own issues. If you ever wondered what it sounds like when I am tapping on my own you can hear it here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9637]
I think it is impossible to overstate how profound an effect our childhood experiences have on us later in life. In those early years we are like sponges soaking up every experience and every lesson.
With that being said, not all of those lessons serve us today. Often they hold us back. This week I have an interview with EFT Master Jaqui Crooks where we talk about these early experiences, how they impact us, and how we can tap to move forward.
Make sure you take advatage of the tap-along at the end: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9644
As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful.
