Good Morning!
Over the last few weeks I have been sharing lots of tools aimed at putting a stop to self-sabotage and getting out of your own way.
This week I have two resources for you. One will help you figure out why you are not making the change you would like and the second is all about creating the space and energy you need to take action.
First, in response to recent podcasts I was asked by some readers, "How can I figure out what is holding me back from taking action?"

Second, one of the biggest hurdles to taking action is putting other people's needs ahead of our own, leaving us without the time or (more importantly) energy to work on changing our own lives.
