Good morning!
I don't know about you, but I want to live a life where I make choices out of hope, optimism, and power. When I am comfortable in my own skin I do exactly that.
Unfortunately that is not how I always live and act.
I know that I still sometimes make choices informed by worry and fear. When this happens I am not at my best and I don't have the best in my life.
This week I have two resources which cut right to the heart of these fears and demonstrate how to tap to clear them out.
First, I have a conversation with Annabel Fisher about fear of failure and fear of success. At any given moment we can be influenced by these fears, which prevent us from being our best. Amazingly enough we can be affected by both of these fears at the same moment.
