Good Morning,
Years and years ago an article I had written was published in Gary Craig's original EmoFree newsletter. My personal email address was attached to the article.
I received 9 emails from readers asking me follow-up questions. I thought that was exciting.
In the weeks that followed I started reaching out to other people who had had articles published by Gary to find out what their experience had been like. I will never forget the email I received from a practitioner in Germany who had written about tapping for pets. She told me that after her article was published she received 1000 emails.
That's right, 1000 emails!
It has been shown in study after study that if you have capacity (time, space, and desire) for animals in your life then they genuinely improve its quality.
Because they are such integral parts of the family, how we feel about our animals can influence the actions we take and in some cases hold us back from making changes.
The addition of a new animal to your family is one of those instances that can be particularly problematic, for people and animals alike.
This week I have a conversation with my friend Susanne Peach about how we can tap before, during, and after we add a new animal to the family.
Even if you don't have animals in your life, this is a great conversation about how the experiences and emotions of others impact our life and our choices.
Listen to the interview here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9743
I would love to hear about your experience of tapping for your animals.
As always, please let me know how I can be helpful by replying to this note,
Gene
PS: As a reminder, I am about to have a few openings for new clients in my long term coaching practice. If you are interested in knowing what it would be like to work with me weekly for eight months, drop me a note and I will give you the details.
