Good Morning!
Right now my mind is still reeling from the 10 days I spent tapping in the Philippines with people affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Again, I want to thank everyone who contributed to the effort. Your investment paid off.
In the next few weeks I will share a full account of the trip and what I learned from the experience.
If you are interested in the day-to-day reflections of the trip as it unfolded (with some amazing photos) check out the link below for my personal blog.
This week I have two great resources for you.
First, one of the biggest external challenges to us taking action is other people. It’s not that they consciously hold us back, but often the people in our life want us to change for the better as long as they don't have to change.
When we change our relationships often have to change too, so it’s common to encounter some resistance from our loved ones.
Here is a simple approach for dealing with those times: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9745
Second, one of the biggest internal challenges to us taking action is the fear of failure. This fear is heightened when it is something we have failed at in the past.
Here is an example of me tapping in real time for the fear around trying again what we have failed at in the past.
I encourage you to tap along: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9750
