TappingQandA

Good Morning!

One of the things that has been much on my mind since the first of the year is the types of outcomes that tapping can bring about.

Sometimes tapping can make us feel calm, relaxed, and bring us a great deal of relief. Other times it can energize us, leading us to useful action.

It is important to recognize which type of tapping you want to do based on your needs in the moment.

A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to speak at the Spring Energy Event in New York about that very topic.

In my presentation I shared the difference between these two types of tapping, the 9 immutable laws of taking action, and 4 easy ways to tap to take action.

If you would like to get those things crossed off your to-do list that have been there for ever then this is the perfect talk for you!

I would love to hear how you have encountered these two types of outcomes in your own tapping work.

As always, let me know if there is anything I can do for you by just hitting reply to this note.
