TappingQandA

Good Morning!

Years ago one of my clients, "Matt", shared with me the ingenious way he started his day.

Every morning he had a staff meeting with his body. He imagined that his body was a giant factory and that each part of the body was run and managed by a team of workers. His morning meeting was held with the heads of each of the teams: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.

Each team leader would give a report about what was going on and ask for what it needed to do a better job.

Matt would then mediate between the different parts to make sure each team was working well with the other parts of the body.

On the surface this seems a little silly, but it was an effective way to start the day.

It is important to realize that we don't always think of ourselves as a single entity. I know there are times where I feel frustrated at my emotional self for overreacting, as if it is not part of me at all, but working independently.

At its extreme it can feel like one part of my system is battling another part.

Today I have a simple (and short) tap-along audio that will help you to get all the parts of your system working together and acting as one.

It’s a great way to set you up for the rest of your day!

Take a few minutes and tap right now: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9752

I would love to hear how you react to this type of tapping!

As always, you can let me know how I can be helpful by just hitting reply to this note.
