Good morning,
Over the course of the last two years I have devoted a lot of time to thinking about the nature of transformation.
The more we understand about transformation, the easier it is to achieve in our lives.
One of the conclusions I have reached is that in order to transform on a deep level, we need to change the way we see ourselves, the way we see the world, or both.
Let's take my own tapping journey to overcome my social anxiety as an example...
On a subconscious level, the reason why I didn't feel safe around other people is because I felt that I wasn't someone other people wanted to be around. Sure, they let me hang out with them from time to time, but they were just tolerating me.
None of that was true, but that is how I perceived myself.
Changing the way I saw myself – from an unwanted tag-along to someone people like – changed the way I felt, which in turn changed the actions I was taking.
This week's podcast includes a simple tap-along audio and script to help you to let go of the ways you see yourself that are no longer helpful.
Doing this simple tap-along for the next few days will supercharge all the rest of the tapping that you are doing.
You can tap along to the audio or print out the tapping script here: http://tappingqanda.com/523
I would love to hear how this works for you,
Gene
