Good morning,
Over the last few weeks I have received a number of emails from listeners asking me about the best way to tap and which tapping points to use to get the best results.
I love that people are trying to find the best, most effective ways of tapping.
When pondering this issue I always recommend that people ask themselves: "How is what I am currently doing working for me?"
That's because sometimes continuing with what we are already doing is good enough to get the results we desire. We can distract ourselves from using the tools we know by looking for the next best thing.
With that being said, it is also useful to explore other options that might be more useful than what we are doing.
To find a balance between these two positions, I limit the time I spend researching and learning new tools. Approximately every six months I set some time aside to poke around and discover what new and innovative tools other people are using.
If you are looking to add a few simple and useful tools to your tool set, then I highly recommend this conversation with my friend Kris Ferraro in which she shares four of her favorite tapping tools.
All four tools are quick and easy to learn and try out, so you will be able to put them to use in your tapping routine right away.
You can find the conversation here: http://tappingqanda.com/367
I would love to hear which of the four is your favorite,
Gene
