Last week one of my clients, "Ingrid", was asking me about a script I have created for tapping for good physical health.
She told me that she had been using the script every morning and she also reported that at a certain point the tapping script started to go stale. "It feels like I am just going through the motions. Should I keep using it?"
This is such a great question. We are much less likely to do something if it feels boring and stale.
