If the 13-year-old version of me had been told that this is what I'd look like as an adult, I wouldn't have believed you.
In this photo I look confident, self-assured, and comfortable in my own skin. When I was thirteen, I was the opposite of all those things!
Today at 47 I am the same person I was at 13. Yes, I have grown and changed, but I am still the same me.
The reason I feel more comfortable in my own skin isn't because I have transformed into a better version of myself.
It's not what has changed in me, but instead how I have changed the way I see myself.
This week I have a simple tapping script for anyone who wants to see themselves in a healthier way that will promote self-love and self-acceptance.
Here is the tapping script I wish I had had when I was 13 and I'm really glad that I have now: https://tappingqanda.com/13-years
I would love to hear how the script works for you.
