Â
Good morning,
Â
Today is a very special day in the world of the Tapping Q & A Podcast!
Â
On this date in 2009 the first-ever episode of the Tapping Q & A Podcast went live. AND because of a huge mistake I made, the first episode was only available for 90 minutes before I had to pull it off line to re-edit it.
Â
What started as an experiment with a $19 microphone and a lot of curiosity has translated into more than 1.7 million episode downloads by people in over 180 countries.
Â
Over the years, the quality of my microphone, my editing expertise, and my skills as a podcaster have improved, but the one thing that has not changed is the quality of the guests. There have been close to 100 guests and right from the beginning,
each has brought their A game and their willingness to share their time and experience free of charge.
Â
I am eternally grateful for all of those who have given their time, especially at the beginning of this venture, when most people didn't know what a podcast was or who I was.
Â
To celebrate this occasion I have compiled a list of 25 top episodes that I think you should revisit (full list at the end of this email). I have also created a printable tracking sheet you can use to track your progress as you listen to these
episodes.
Â
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Â
I started the Tapping Q and A podcast off a curiosity about podcasting, but there is no way that curiosity alone would have sustained me for 12 years.
Â
The reason the podcast still exists is because of you. I keep doing it because of your kind words and feedback, the questions you ask and your willingness to share the show with others.
Â
I can't express how much that support means to me!
Â
How you can help
Â
If you are willing to indulge me, I'd love it if you could help me with three simple things. I'd be so appreciative if you are able to do even one of the following:
-
Keep listening to the podcast – We are all connected in amazing and beautiful ways. Every time someone is able to bring healing and transformation into their own life not only does it make their life better, but it makes all of our
lives better. Please keep listening, tapping, and growing. When you do that, we all win.
-
Share the show with a friend – I often joke "Our marketing budget is your word of mouth." The reality is, it isn't a joke. The most common way people find a new piece of media is via a friend's recommendation. If you could share the
podcast with one or two people it would mean the world to me.
-
Support the show – There is an amazing group of people who voluntarily support the podcast. Just like you, they could access the podcast free of charge, but choose to contribute and support the show financially to ensure its survival.
When you support the show, you also help small business owners all over the world via Kiva microloans (we have helped over 400 businesses to date) and can receive some awesome thank you gifts. Find out more about supporting the show here: http://tappingqanda.com/support
