I was first introduced to tapping about 15 years ago when I heard a brief interview with Brad Yates. It piqued my interest to do some more investigation.
Over the next few months I watched some of Gary Craig's introductory DVDs. I bought a few products from Carol Look and Dr. Pat Carrington.
It was something I found interesting and it seemed useful enough, but it was far from my go-to tool set.
Then one night while I was visiting family I woke up in the small hours with a searing headache. It felt like I had a dagger stuck into the top of my head. I didn't have any pain medication in my bag, and I didn't want to wander around an unfamiliar house in the middle of the night looking for
something to relieve the pain.
For some reason tapping popped into my mind. Ninety seconds later I was pain-free and a few minutes after that I was fast asleep.
When I woke up the next morning I realized I needed to take this tapping thing a lot more seriously. The rest, as they say, is history.
Using tapping for physical issues
Even though most of the resources on the Tapping Q and A website are about emotional issues and clearing limiting beliefs, I still use tapping regularly for physical issues.
I tap for my own physical issues as well as tapping with my clients to address theirs.
At the request of a number of my students, the topic for this month's Art of Delivery Monthly is how to tap for physical issues.
We'll cover three different topics:
- Tapping for physical pain
- Tapping plus visualization for chronic physical issues
- How to use tapping to maintain optimal health
I will be teaching step-by-step tools, doing live demonstrations of the tools in class, and participants will get the opportunity to try out the tools in small groups.
AND, as always, I will stay on the line until all your questions are answered.
The class is being taught twice. It is offered on Tuesday, March 15th at 7.30 PM Eastern and Sunday, March 20th at 12 noon Eastern. You can attend either or both classes, and you will receive a replay of both classes afterwards.
Bonus time with me to get your questions answered
Starting last month I added bonus office hours to the class, a lot like college professors offer their students. Twice a month you will be able to join me on Zoom and ask any questions you want about tapping.
They could be questions about what we covered in this month's class, something tricky that recently came up in a client session, or how to approach an issue in your own life. We will even do a little tapping if need be!
I love the office hours sessions because they give participants a chance to ask questions after they have tried out the month's new tools in their daily lives or with their clients. It is also a great opportunity to learn from the experience of others in the class.
Last month's office hours sessions were super amazing, with so many great questions.
This month's Zoom office hours will be on Tuesday, March 29th at 5 PM Eastern and Thursday, March 31st at 11 AM Eastern.

- The class costs $44
- You can save 25% and sign up to attend the class every month until you cancel (and you can cancel any time, even after just one class)
