Good morning,
A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be one of the speakers at the Spring Energy Event (SEE).
SEE is put on by my friend (and amazing tapping trainer) Jondi Whitis. Over the course of three days practitioners from all over the world shared their experience and expertise on how to get the most out of tapping and other healing tools.
When I started my presentation I began by saying something to the effect of:
Of all the topics that will be presented over this weekend, mine is the least exciting presentation. In the coming days you will be exposed to great new tools you have never seen. You will be invited to go even deeper in learning how to trust your intuition. You will be given the opportunity to look at the big
picture as to what is possible for you in life.
All of those topics are fun to think about.
What I am going to share with you wouldn't be described as fun, creative, or exciting.
Over the next 45 minutes I am going to share with you five things you can do when you sit down to tap to get the most out of the session.
This is not exciting.
BUT if you master these five ideas, then when you are using the new fun, exciting tools, you will get more out of them as well.
Even though it is not the most exciting topic, I chose to give this presentation because I believe it was the most useful information that I could share from my experience.
This week's podcast is the recording of that presentation.
Mastering these five simple ideas will have a positive impact on your results every time you sit down to tap.
It is easy to skip basic, fundamental ideas because they don't seem that important. I think the opposite is true.

I would love to hear your thoughts on these approaches,
Gene
