Good morning,
I am already a little amazed at the number of people who have signed up for the ID Transformation Retreat. It is an event that I've been dreaming of running since last October and I'm excited that it's finally happening.
Below are answers to a number of questions I've received about the event. I want to make sure everything is crystal clear so that you will know if it is the right fit for you.

I'm not exactly clear on the theme of the event and the topics it will cover. What will I learn and what will I get out of the retreat?
The goal of the retreat day is to help you to clear and release the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from creating the life that you want. If you believe something to be true at a subconscious level, then all of your actions will be rooted in those
beliefs.
This is true even when you know intellectually that certain beliefs are untrue. Just knowing the truth about ourselves and the world is not enough to create the change that we want.
Over the course of the day we will release and transform your known and your hidden limiting beliefs.
By the end of the day you will feel much more comfortable in your own skin and you will come away with a deep sense of self-love. When we achieve these two states we can consistently take actions, both daily and in the moment, to create lives that we love.
What if I don't know what my limiting beliefs are?
There are three types of limiting belief. There are limiting beliefs we know about, there are the limiting beliefs we are aware are lurking somewhere in the background but we don't know the details, and there are the limiting beliefs of which we are completely
unaware.
Over the course of the day you will uncover hidden limiting beliefs and then clear them, as well as clearing limiting beliefs you already know about. If you don't know where to start, we will use tools to help us to unpack and uncover them. If you do know where to start,
you will gain a greater understanding of these limiting beliefs and how they are operating in your life.
Also, it is important to remember clearing our limiting beliefs is not an all-or-nothing proposition. By releasing even a small percentage of the beliefs that are holding us back we will see positive changes in our lives.
Will I get a chance to tap with you one-on-one?
We will be tapping with every topic, tool, and approach covered in the day (that's a LOT of tapping). Sometimes I will be tapping one-on-one with a participant and sometimes I will tap with three or four people at a time. AND throughout the day I'll be addressing limiting
beliefs, tail-enders, and insights from the chat box.
Even if you don't get a chance to tap with me one-on-one, the tapping will apply to your limiting beliefs and the whole group will be able to borrow benefits.
What if I don't want to work with you one-on-one (or even turn on my camera)?
I will only be working with volunteers, so you won't be thrust into the limelight on our virtual stage without your consent.
ALSO, it is totally OK if you don't have your full (or legal) name listed when logging in to Zoom. Nor is there pressure to turn your camera on during the day…the day is designed for YOU, so make yourself comfortable.
What do you mean that you "will be sending a library of tools ahead of time"?
As you know, I love to teach. Teaching is in my DNA. At the same time, the goal of this day isn't to learn new tools. Our retreat is about creating transformation.
To dedicate as much time as possible to the process of transformation, I will send you videos in advance containing training on all the tools we'll use during the retreat. You do NOT need to watch the videos before the day. I am providing them for those who are also
interested in learning the tools so they can use them again later for themselves or with clients.
You can use these training videos in three ways:
- Watch the videos ahead of time because you like to know what you are doing before you do it
- Watch the videos after the event because you want to experience it and then know why we did what we did
- Not watch the videos at all because you are just looking to tap and create healing, regardless of the process
You will be able to download these training videos and keep them forever.
Will we really clear all of our limiting beliefs?
No. At the same time, it is important to remember that changing a belief about ourselves, even in a small way, multiplies itself day after day. It is much like if you were flying from New York to London and you altered your course by just one degree. By the time you reached
the UK, you would miss your desired target by over 60 miles.
Even the smallest change multiplied over a week, a month, a year, or a lifetime, adds up into something big.
What if I can't attend live?
When you sign up for the retreat, you will be able to replay the entire day on April 23rd for seven days. If you attend live, you can go back and tap on your favorite bits. And if you can't attend live, you will still be able to enjoy all the tapping and transformational
goodness via the replay.
What if I live in a part of the world where this is the middle of the night?
I know that there are a number of you in Asia, New Zealand and Australia who would love to attend live, but the time difference makes it impossible. That is why I have added the extra bonus session Friday, April 29th at 8 PM Eastern time. This will give you a chance to
attend live on Saturday morning in your part of the world.
AND it is important to note that this bonus session is for everyone, not just those unable to attend live. The bonus session will also be recorded (and also available for seven days afterwards), so if you can't attend this live, you will still be able to learn and tap
along.
