Last summer I ran a really fun program called the 5 AM Action Club.
The goal of the program was to help people to start their day with simple tapping routines to clear resistance, gain clarity about what they wanted to achieve, and to create a sense of momentum as they began their day.
It was amazing!
During the program one of the participants said "This is awesome! You should create something for the end of the day, too."
One night while running the program I met a friend for drinks. I was telling her about the 5 AM Action Club and the suggestion that I also run an end of the day program.
My friend replied, "You should call it the 8 PM No Action Club!"
AND it is finally happening!
The week of Monday, February 28th through Thursday, I am going to be running the long awaited 8 PM No Action Club.
For four consecutive nights at 8 PM Eastern time I will teach you tapping tools and techniques to end your day. Every night you will learn a new tool.
I will show you how to:
- Release all of the stress and worry you may be carrying from the day
- Set yourself up for a good night's sleep
- Get ready for a successful tomorrow without bringing any of the worries to bed with you
If you participate you will receive:
- Access to the nightly 30-minute Zoom call
- Audio and video recordings of each class so that you can rewatch and tap along as many times as you like
- Workbook containing instruction for all of the tools taught so that you can revisit them again and again
The nightly classes and tapping will last about 30 minutes, but I will stay on the line and answer all your questions, no matter how long that takes.
As an added bonus I am also going to include standalone mp3 audio versions of every tool. This way you can tap along to the tools without having to think.
